1lb ground lamb
Grilling up some tasty lamb burgers may sound intimidating but it’s very simple.
Preheat your grill
Take 1lb of ground Stone Burr Lamb and patty up into 4 equal patties.
Place on your grill (med heat), 6-8 minutes on each side or till desired doneness.
That’s it! Now dress your awesome burger with any topping you choose and ENJOY!
We like to dress our lamb burgers with spinach, goat cheese, fresh tomatoes and use a sweet honey teriyaki marinade (marinate raw patties for 10-20 mins then grill).
